Aderendo al Fondo Bocconi hai l’opportunità di partecipare direttamente alla vita del fondo. In particolare, insieme agli altri iscritti sei membro dell’Assemblea, che ha il compito di eleggere alcuni membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio dei Sindaci.
E’ importante sapere che gli organi di amministrazione e di controllo del fondo (consiglio di amministrazione e collegio dei sindaci) sono caratterizzati da una composizione “paritetica”, vale a dire da uno stesso numero di rappresentanti dei lavoratori e di rappresentanti dei datori di lavoro.

Il Consiglio di amministrazione è composto da 6 membri, di cui metà eletti dall’Assemblea degli iscritti in rappresentanza dei soci e metà nominati direttamente dall’Università Bocconi. in rappresentanza del datore di lavoro. L’attuale consiglio resterà in carica per gli esercizi 2018 - 2021, ed è così composto:

Il Consiglio dei sindaci è composto da 2 membri effettivi e da 2 membri supplenti, di cui metà eletti dall’Assemblea degli iscritti in rappresentanza dei soci e metà nominati direttamente dall’Università Bocconi in rappresentanza dei datori di lavoro associati. Fund bodies

By subscribing to the Bocconi Fund, you have the opportunity to directly take part in the life of the Fund. In particular, together with the other subscribers, you are a member of the General Meeting, that has the task of electing some members of the Board and the Auditors’ Panel 
It is important to know that the administration and control bodies of the Fund (university board and auditors’ panel) have an “equal” composition, i.e. they have the same number of workers’ representatives and employers’ representatives. 

The Board comprises six members, half of whom are elected by the subscribers’ meeting representing members, and half appointed directly by Bocconi University representing the employer. The current board will remain in its position for the financial years 2018-2021, and comprises the following members:

The Auditors’ Panel comprises 2 regular members and 2 alternate members, half of whom are elected by the subscribers’ meeting representing members and half appointed directly by Bocconi University representing associated employers.
