L’entità della pensione complementare, che sarà erogata al momento del pensionamento, è il risultato della contribuzione (quella individuale e quella del datore di lavoro) unita ai rendimenti maturati e potrà essere richiesta dal lavoratore, in base alle sue esigenze e alla normativa, tutta sotto forma di capitale o per una parte in rendita e per un’altra in capitale.
Il Fondo offre prestazioni all’associato sia prima che al momento del pensionamento.
